I love them! I went through them when they were under construction and thought they were a bargain then. Where else can you get a recent construction home inside the loop at that price? The light rail has been delayed due to a City fiasco (what's new there, right?) but will eventually go right in front of them. Lindale Park is still my recommended area for future appreciation. Good luck with your house. It's perfect for someone who likes Lindale Park, but doesn't want the upkeep older homes demand. Lots of development and lots of young professionals buying houses because of the light rail, low prices and the close proximity to downtown, within minutes of every major freeway. It is definitely on everyone's radar. What really pushes prices are builders, and they just aren't doing anything east of I-45 There are a lot of vacant lots for sale around Fulton corridor that have been on the market for a year. I also haven't heard anything lately on the status of the rail. I assume it is going to be a delayed completion with the rail car contract fiasco.
