The 3 homes being built at 1245,1247, 1249 Waverly are each unique but are all Craftsman inspired. One home is almost complete; one has cabinets & trim installed; the other is ready to be sheetrocked.
Craftsman Style new Construction Home -1249 Waverly, in Houston Heights
1245 Waverly-Nearing Completion
1249 Waverly St. is about to be sheetrocked. The exterior is complete; roof is on; rough plumbing and electrical is complete. The City okayed the Polyseal and insulation; so sheetrock is next. That takes about a week, then trim work can start. This home is 2408 SF on a 4791 SF lot. It is unique in that it has an attached garage; a downstairs master suite that opens to a huge front porch; a mud room that leads to the garage. An unfinished room over the garage can be finished out in multiple ways if desired.
This home could still be customized if you hurry. Dee has ordered the Bosch appliance package, but has not selected granite, tile, electrical fixtures, paint. She will work details of cabinets and trim in the next few days. Completion date mid to late May.
1247 Waverly is at a stage where you can finally visualize the spaces. The cabinets and trim are in, as well as the oak floors. The interior is being prepped for paint. Completion date is mid March.
This house also has the master down, at the back of the house. It has an upstairs game room in addition to the downstairs great room. I’m attaching a video of it taken last week. Much work has been done since then. I will post new photos on MLS soon. See YouTube Video below.
1245 Waverly is nearing completion. Cabinets are in; the interior has been painted; the marble, granite & tile are being installed. Most of this should be done by this weekend. I will take new photos then. Appliances next. Completion date is Valentines’ Day. This is the only one under contract as of now.
