I just bought a home in this neighborhood and couldn’t be more excited about it’s growth!

The recession is killing that part of town just because builders can’t get loans to build. (Builders drive land prices and thus push up prices of older homes too.)
This area will boom when this loosens up. The whole area East of I-45 is changing with the rail, etc.
This is my #1 pick of places to buy now as the “next hot area”.
