My previous post gave 4th Quarter prices of Oak Forest homes…current prices of these 1940’s and 1950’s homes, excluding newer homes.
This post covers the much bigger new homes being built in Oak Forest. These new homes are much bigger and much more expensive than the original homes.
Of the 89 total homes sold in Oak Forest in the 4th Q 2014, 24 were new construction. This number keeps climbing every year. It is much higher than nearby Garden Oaks. Check price ranges in the table below, then go to previous post for prices on the little cottages and ranch style homes in the area.
