4th Quarter Garden Oaks Sales Garden Oaks had 26 home sales in 4th Quarter 2012 compared to 15 in the same quarter of 2011. Neighboring Oak Forest also saw the same big jump. Garden Oaks is a close-in neighborhood of approximately 1400 homes. It was to be the “next River Oaks” until WWII started. Now a delightful neighborhood of updated 1950′s homes on curved, shaded streets.
