Driving down Yale St in Houston Heights, you have  undoubtedly wondered what that giant hole is. The secret is over,  in fact, you’ll be able to live there if you want.

For some time now, 829 Yale St in Houston Heights has been a very deep hole with some very big supports, so you knew it was going to be something big. It turns out that Fisher Homes is building another midrise condo community there, The Victoria, where eventually there will be 40 condos.

Pre-sales is always important in condo projects, so 6 of the 40 condos are now listed on MLS for sale. These initially listings range from 880 SF, priced at $347,500,  to 2117 SF at $836,600. These come in at just under $400/SF plus maintenance fees of $352 to $847/month.

This is another example of how “hot” the Heights is: everyone wants to live here. Yale is becoming a nice street to live on. Even N Shepherd and Durham are cleaning up…more new restaurants.
