Buy an Engraved Brick to Help HHA Restore Fire Station

The final phase of the Heights Fire Station restoration is upon us. Purchase a memorial brick with your name, or that of a loved one, or a pet. The bricks will be engraved and layed at the entry courtyard of the historic fire station on E 12th St.

This final phase of a 3 year renovation will be completed before the 100th anniversary on March 15, 2015.
The Houston Heights Association is selling the bricks. $150 each. The engraving can be up to 157 characters, on 3 lines.

The paver  order forms can be downloaded here or at the website above. Orders must be received by December 31, 2014. They will be engraved per your instructions in January and February.

See your name in stone. Be a permanent part of Houston Heights.

“The project is intended to enhance the entrance to the building, 107 W. 12th St. near Yale Street, as well as raise funds for completed renovation work on the structure. The Houston Heights Association operates the building as a community center and special-events rental venue.”
