Studewood Place – 1111 Studewood

Studewood Place is Nearing Completion.

January 2014 Update: I have no clue what is happening to these condos; they seem to be way behind schedule. MLS shows one unit just sold, and 3 others are available. Prices are $460K-$508K.

The luxury  mid-rise in the Heights is nearing completion. When I first wrote on Studewood Place it was to be a mixed retail with apartments. That was changed right away though to luxury lofts for sale.

These will be cool luxury-living spaces with exposed-brick outer walls, similar to some of the old downtown loft conversions. The 3 units currently on the market range from $437K-$460K for about 1800 SF, 2 bedroom 2.5 baths.

Soaring ceilings (14-22 ft.), granite counters, Bosch appliances,more.  The building even has a roof top pool with outdoor kitchen. And…how can you beat the location…in the Heights?

They can be shown now. A model will be available after Easter, and completion due at the end of April. Maintenance fee is a consideration of course, about $575/month.

I live in a  bungalow in Woodland Heights, and love it (See about Houston Heights Realtor) but these mid-rise homes will be stunning.
