Two new Houston Heights Homes by Ansari Builders
Two new construction homes by Ansari builders are nearing completion in Houston Heights; 931 & 933 Nicholson. These are in the paint stage now (as of 02/20/10. Paint stage means that sheetrock is done, cabinets and trim are in, and painting is in progress. You can now get a feel for room sizes and what kind of trim work was done. The trim work is critical in the demamnding Houston Heights home market. Ansari makes sure that the smallest detail is done correctly.
These will be 3/2.5/2; 2800SF on almost 4400 SF lots. Family room, both formals plus a wine room. Step out your door onto the new bike trail.
No electricity yet, no plumbing fixtures, or even countertops. Tile wok has begun. Still a little rough, but you can tell if you are going to love it or not. Completion will go fast now. The houses will change day to day as painting is finished, granite is installed and fixtures start going in.

This is Ansari’s second project in the Heights. The first project was just one street over, at 1015 A & B Waverly. These homes will have the same quality of construction, and same detailed trim work as the others. They are however, larger and on larger lots. They are also on the Heights Hike & Bike Trail. This trail has just been completed and goes up to the edge of downtown. Mr. Ansari personally oversees every step of construction and takes personal pride in his homes.
